If you need furniture removal in Mottingham, we can collect single items or multiple bulky pieces from homes, flats and businesses across the area.
We remove items such as sofas, armchairs, beds, wardrobes, tables, cabinets and office furniture with a service that is designed to be quick, tidy and stress-free.
Mottingham is close to our Bromley base, so we can usually offer a fast response for customers who need furniture gone before a move, delivery or renovation.
Our furniture clearance service is a better alternative to hiring a van and taking heavy items to the tip yourself, especially if you live in a flat or do not have suitable transport.
We can help with furniture disposal, sofa collection, bed removal and cabinetry removal, making it easier to clear space without the heavy lifting.
If you are replacing old items with new ones, our service also helps you make room for fresh furniture without clutter getting in the way.
For furniture that can be recycled or reused, we always aim to handle it responsibly, and where suitable we can direct items towards the right waste and recycling routes.
If you are looking for a local furniture collection in Mottingham that is simple to arrange and handled by people who know Bromley, you are in the right place.

We are a Bromley-based clearance company with local knowledge, so we understand how important it is to provide a service that works around busy streets, tight access and shared entrances.
Because Mottingham is well connected but still has a mix of houses, flats and smaller side roads, our team plans collections carefully to keep disruption low and make access easier.
We offer a straightforward quote, clear communication and a reliable arrival window, so you know exactly what to expect before we turn up.
Our team does the lifting, loading and removal, which is ideal if your furniture is too bulky to move safely on your own.
We also make furniture removal a practical option for customers who would otherwise need to visit a local recycling centre such as Riverside Reuse and Recycling Centre in Kidbrooke or Horn Park Household Waste and Recycling Centre in Lee, both of which involve handling and transporting heavy items yourself.
If you are buying new furniture from a local retailer, clearing the old pieces first can make delivery day much easier, whether you are replacing a sofa, bed or wardrobe.
For customers who want an easier route than a DIY tip run, our service gives you a local, convenient and cost-effective solution.
When you need furniture disposal in Mottingham, we are here to make the whole process simpler from start to finish.
Pick up the phone - we are ready when you are.
Our furniture removal in Mottingham is designed for people who want a simple way to get rid of large items without the stress of lifting, loading or driving them away.
It is especially helpful in built-up parts of Mottingham, where access can be tight and moving bulky furniture through homes or shared entrances can be awkward.
If you live in a flat, are short on time, or simply want a local furniture clearance team to do the hard work, we can take care of it for you.
We also help customers who are preparing for a house move, end of tenancy, renovation or refurnishing project.
When furniture is too large for an ordinary car, our collection service saves time, effort and a lot of hassle.
Ideal for anyone clearing a spare room, replacing old furniture, or getting a property ready for sale or let.
A great option if you live upstairs, have awkward stairs, or do not want to move heavy furniture through shared spaces.
We take away bulky items for you, so there is no need to arrange transport or struggle with a tip run.
If a new sofa, bed or wardrobe is being delivered, we can remove the old item first to make space.
Useful for clearing cabinets, desks, chairs and other large furniture when upgrading or moving premises.
Perfect for oversised pieces that are too bulky, too heavy, or too damaged to move safely on your own.
It starts with a quick quote request, where you tell us what furniture needs to go, where it is located, and whether there are any access issues.
We then give you a clear price and arrange a collection time that suits your schedule.
On the day, our team arrives ready to remove, lift and load the furniture from your property safely and efficiently.
If the items are in a flat, upstairs room or tight hallway, we work carefully to protect your space and keep the process as smooth as possible.
Once everything has been collected, we take the furniture away for the appropriate disposal, recycling or recovery route.
This means you do not need to worry about hiring a van, finding help or making multiple trips to a waste facility.
For Mottingham customers, this is often the fastest and easiest way to clear large furniture without disrupting the rest of the day.
Whether you need sofa removal, bed collection or full furniture clearance, we make the process simple from the first call to the final sweep-up.
Clear answers on pricing, timing, access and what happens on the day.

Local knowledge
Mottingham straddles three boroughs — Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich — and sits about a mile and a half south-west of Eltham. That boundary is worth knowing, because which council area a property falls in affects parking rules and permits more than the distance does.
The defining feature is the London County Council estate. The LCC bought Court Farm in the early 1930s and opened the Mottingham estate in 1935: 2,000 houses with schools and shops, 2,337 dwellings across 202 acres at a density of 11.6 to the acre. Most of what we clear here is that estate housing.
Estate stock of that period is predictable in a helpful way — consistent layouts, reasonable doorways, gardens front and back — so volume usually matters more than manoeuvring. Parking is on-street through much of it, though, so the loading route generally needs thinking through before anything is lifted.
Older layers sit alongside it: the West Park estate from the 1880s, and the Coldharbour Estate of 1946 built for people made homeless by the Blitz. A property from one of those is a different job from a 1935 LCC house, so the road name is genuinely more useful to us than the postcode.
